Do you only offer bagels and drinks?

Currently, that is what I am starting out with – main goal is feeding the corporate field so the employees can last throughout the day. My whole life has always been in an office cubicle in Irvine. Will have a detailed “Our Mission” page soon

2. Products and Ingredients

What kinds of baked goods do you offer?

Buns, bagels, biscuit sticks, bread, brownies, chocolate, cookies, croissants, empanadas, ice-cream, fruit jam shortbread mini cakes, milk bread, and sandwiches.

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or other dietary-friendly options?

Not really, only a few selection “From the Garden” 

Are your products made fresh daily?

We will have freshly baked products every day

Do you use any artificial ingredients or preservatives?

All ingredients are listed online

Do you source local or organic ingredients?

We try to – let us know if you’re a local vendor

3. Custom Orders and Special Occasions

Do you take custom cake or pastry orders?

No, I want to smooth brain and consistently create my own menu

How much notice do you need for custom orders?

48 hours, but if needed sooner please reach out

Can I order a cake for a specific theme or design?

No, our menu is set to fit the branding of Kahli

Do you offer catering services for events?

We offer catering services for local businesses and events.

Can I sample flavors for wedding or large event cakes?

Yes, a cake flight sample is available for purchase

Do your products contain nuts, dairy, or other common allergens?

Check our website and labels as we adhere to any food law including labeling

Is your kitchen nut-free or allergy-friendly?

No 

Can I request modifications for dietary needs?

No

What are your options for people with food allergies?

Try our drinks. There should be one item on the menu that you might be able to eat. A rotating menu is offered every week or two. Even though we’d love to have every single person in the world try our baked goods, it is hard to accommodate everyone with allergies.

What is the price range of your products?

Starting at $1.75 for our in-person shop

Prices may vary online to cover the cost for packaging, shipping, & handling

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or events?

What payment methods do you accept?

Everything even bartering

Do you require a deposit for large orders?

Yes, depending on the quantity of the order, the starting minimum deposit will be 50%

Do you have gift cards or vouchers available?

Soon! I want to hit a certain amount of organic customers

How far in advance should I place an order?

Cake orders are 48 hours in advanced – everything else on the menu can be placed 8 hours in advanced and you’ll be taken care of (highly appreciate advance orders all the time)

What is your cancellation policy?

Once we alert you that we are starting your order – refunds will not be made. Cancelation is okay if order isn’t worked on yet, but don’t last minute cancel if possible pleasee

How do I pick up my order?

From our retail location or we deliver to you within the designated area codes

Do you offer curbside pickup?

No, come in and enjoy the experience of our shop – we will eventually tho, I understand there’s elderly and sick people
I personally have days where I don’t want to really be out or interact with anyone

Yes, preorder is always encouraged

Highly encouraged, but it has to make sense for all participants as a business move

Are pets allowed in your bakery?

For legal reasons, no even though you should send me your pet pictures to support@kahli-bakery.com

Do you offer classes or baking workshops?
